http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/fireworkspa/ People in this State have enough to deal with than getting caught with e-legal firework because they want to have fun once a year. Not only would firework sales help Pa in sales tax but would make residents more at ease for the coming holiday. It's not fair that citys in Pa can purchace fireworks and light them off but WE THE PEOPLE can not. This could be done by make sales of fireworks on to persons 21 years of age and older and would have to pass a safety course in order to purchace them. Their are many ways for fire works to be bought and brought into Pa and are lit off every year. Stopping them is cannot be done by implemnting a fireworks licence would generate more funds for the state. Lets do this and make everyone happy through out our state.
