It is hard to understand in this great country how so many of these witnesses for the prosecution could blatantly lie on the stand, seemingly without consequences. Futhermore, he passed the polygraph and we believe that the prosecution's main complaining witness should proceed with a polygraph also. Of the 16 counts, there is only one count of alleged rape and that one is based on a rape kit that is &quot;NEGATIVE&quot;. We are signing and sending this petition to you because we are concerned about the verdict. Due to the overwhelming evidence in support of the defendant, we are troubled about the process and worried if there was bias and/or manipulation involved. There is obvious prosecutorial misconduct and we humbly request that prosecution should be removed from this case and an independent investigation be launched apart from the District Attorney.
