Jonathen Rhys Meyers, ( "Velvet Goldmine", "Bend it Like Beckham", "Vanity Fair"). The movie also stars Susan Lynch ("From Hell", "Waking Ned Devine", "Casa de los Babys"), Om Puri ("Code 46", "Gandhi", "City of Joy"), Richard Coyle (TV's "Coupling") and Alison Steadman ("Pride and Predjudice", "Secrets and Lies", "The Life and Death of Peter Sellars"). The film is a black comedy dealing with a small welsh town where a teenage beauty queen is murdered. Several years later a young girl who bears an unlikely resemblence to the murdered girl moves to town, and scares the murderers. Emmy Rosssum plays a duel role. This film has a great cast, an interesting story line, and it might be quite popular in America. Unfortunately it hasn't been released in the US, and is unavailable on a Region 1 DVD.
