The Viet Nam, Hanoi regime is repeatedly violate the International Convention of Human Rights of the articles 53, 69, 71, 146.The Viet Nam ( Hanoi regime), arrested and detained more than 100 people who perform the freedom of speech is given by the Constitution passed by Legislature of Viet Nam. The People who are arrested could not have a fair trial without the present of their defense attorneys. The trial is on March 3 lasted on May 15,2007. The Viet Nam ( Hanoi regime), Judicial system did not represent the fair case, the sentence is being labeled by the high ranking party itself .The following name of the people who are performed the freedom of speeches are arrested ,catholic Priest Nguyen Van Ly, Mr. Nguyen Phong, Nguyen Thanh Binh, Ms. Hoang Thi Anh Dao, Le Thi Hang, 4 leaders of Hoa Hao Buddhist Congregation, Mr. Le Nguyen Dao (attorney), Le Thi Cong Nhan (attorney), Nguyen Van Dai, and Tran Quoc Hien (attorney). The evidences are fabricated by the prosecutor. They are sentenced 18 months to 8 years without a fair trial. After the Viet Nam country is accepted to W.T.O. The Viet Nam government is harassed and abused repeatedly to the people who are perform the freedom of speeches. We all the people are asking the world leaders, the United Nation human right watch dog, the human right groups or human right committee to block AIDS and to raise the voices to the viet nam government to release all the people are listed above.
