In my opinion people like that should rot in prison, to let an owner search and a beautiful dog, be stranggled to death and than to top it off didn't even tell the owners so they could at least bury him but to hide the body and lie about it. At least give the owners somme kind of closure with a gravesite. I visit my last to Goldens graves as much as I can especially when I've had a bad day.
