These numbers very often change making the need to hire another teacher before Fall. We could hirer a teacher we all learn to love only to lose that teacher again come next Spring. How are we to hang on to new and wonderful teachers when this happens year after year. Could a policy change allow new teachers to hang on to a loved position and still be guaranteed a spot elsewhere in the board, removing the fear of not being employed come Fall. WE ADORE MS. ANDREWS and wish we could have had the chance to tell her all this before she had to look for another job.
