The imperial dynasties of China are a foundation of all that is Chinese. For 2000 years, China was headed by an emperor and during this time, Chinese culture spread across Asia. Why don't we bring back a flavour of these old days. It would help preserve the unique culture of China and help stop the spread of Western influence that is slowly, but surely, turning China, a country rich in culture and tradition, into another bland, Western clone. We, the undersigned, beseech the government of China to place a descendant of the Ming emperors on the throne in a constitutional monarchy. He will not take the place of the President, but will simply be a head of state who can promote China throughout the world. Thank you.
