Netzero customer service's unsatisfactory serv...

If you are considering netzero as your internet provider, please beware! The customer service staff are very unprofessional and apparantly undertrained! They don't inform you of display driver's needed to support netzero, they will charge you're account while it is on hold until you install correct driver, and even after admitting fault, they will not refund you're account. In this petition, I petition NetZero to be forced to credit acccounts when, by their own admission, it was wrongly charged while on hold.

I petition, every internet user who feels that what I am asking is fair ,to sign this petition ,so that this internet provider, or any other will be forced to refund you're account, when by their own admission, it was wrongfully charged.

I support this petition.
I apparently signed up for netzero phone service and the last time i used it was 26 july 2007. thats almost 2 tears ago. my business acount would go below and netzero would wait until the balance was at 0 or above to charge me over the years, i thought this was a trial version. what would happend if i died and they just kept on charging my families accounts. when i call netzero, they said that i was paying for the ability to use their service. but if you read their own quote on the website "Charges and Billing. By using the NetZero Services, you agree to accept the fees you may incur as a result of using NetZero Services, including but not limited to, a) applicable taxes, b) surcharges, c) recovery fees, d) telephone charges, e) activation fees, f) installation fees, g) set-up fees, h) equipment charges, i) termination fees, j) other nonrecurring charges, k) fees for supplemental services or features, l) and purchases made through the use of NetZero Services" it states "you agree to accept the fees you may incur as a result of using NetZero Services" not paying for the availability of such service. so hell yeah! i am P.O'd. I wonder how many millions or billions of dollars these internet companies make by fraudulantly charging people. NetZero Quote "You must provide a valid method of payment (i.e. credit card, checking account, telephone billing, etc.) prior to and during any times you receive billable NetZero Services and pricing plans. You expressly authorize NetZero (or third parties acting on behalf of NetZero) to charge all NetZero subscription fees and other charges, including payment transaction fees for certain payment methods, to the payment method you have designated. You acknowledge and agree that NetZero will not obtain any additional authorization from you for any recurring payments or automatic billing options. I've been billed without my authorization for two months in a row. I do NOT have an account yet am billed. WHY? My CC has accepted my dispute and this has to stop. The proper authorities should be notified.

I support this petition. Their software to install has you select local numbers, but AFTER completing signup, a popup box comes up again with LONG-distance numbers pre-checked. My elderly parents just clicked accept, because they had FINISHED registration and had already been on the internet when this box popped up. They automatically thought it was just showing them their local numbers again. Their charges for long distance are 67.00. Netzero says 'Sorry!' Any lawsuits out there, please mention them on here!!!
