http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/osakajdm/ I am Seriously pissed off at osaka motors! I order a 1jz-gte and it is delivered to my house with a cracked oil pan. I call osaka jdm motors and they refuse to send me a new oil pan because they claim UPS dropped it during shipping. I was told to consult the claims department at UPS, I did this and recieved full compensation for the damage. The problem here is i know that osaka goofed because when i recieved the motor it was still wrapped in plastic and it had a bag of oil dry sitting under the engine, I know UPS didnt put the oil dry under my engine. The ticket i got during delivery indicated that when UPS recieved the motor, it was already leaking oil. More than amything this is a PRO UPS statement GOOD JOB. But i am not the only one to suffer the wrath of osaka , Reading through some forums online i have heard many similar complaints about osakas lousy customer service and their lame motors. As we speak i am in the midst of my engine swap. This is the only setback i have had so far. Finnaly why do they insist on cutting every single wire on the engine when taking it out. If the "caring" people over at osaka jdm motors really gave a **** about the motor sport hobby i would have recieved that oil pan without a fuss. I know at my job if a customers not happy we fix the problem and not make the situation worse.
