http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/parkmorrow/ Truckers in Morrow Georgia are not welcome! These drivers without knowing it are targets of the city of Morrow Ga. They are being ticketed for stopping for any length of time anywhere in the city of Morrow Ga. This is not the wishes of the property owners who loose business due to the way the city chooses to bully no only truckers but anyone that they can find to not fit the criteria of what they want their model citezen to be. Discrimination against anyone who doesnt drive a vehicle of the size they want to see, people who might not be dressed the way they want them to be and many other issues are common to be harrassed in the city of Morrow. This is a petition to give the individual property owners the right to decide to: 1. allow trucks to park on their property to either shop or rest for a reasonable amount of time 2. Ban police from ticketing customers on their property unless they are called to take care of that specific problem 3. Disolve any useless ordinance that is known to violate the rights of either property owners and or customers, or individuale that are authorized to be present on the property by the owners consent. 4. Require the City of Morrow to disclose the names and all informstion of the people whose rights the may have violated since this ordinance came into effect 5. Return all monies collected from fines and any court cost etc that was spent by persons ticketed in the city plus interest and travel expenses, motel, time off work, or any other legitamate cost that they incurred due to the enforcement of any of the sections that under the "RIGHT OF LAW" are not fair and just for ALL parties. 6. Reimburse all travel expenses plus 40 cents per mile for the time used for the travel for those who had to come from out of town to fight the case 7. Dismiss parties from their duties that have allowed such a miscarriage of justice to exist or whom had a hand in on this situation ever existing. Starting at the City Managers office!
