The first time they were called scammers and both are respectable businessmen and would never do anything like what they were accused of. It took emails AND phone calls to get through to someone and even then they were told SOMETHING went wrong with the accounts even though they maintain the site has never been and can never be hacked. I tried to explain that this could not have happened , I have been on neopets over 5 years in total and i never once got frozen or warned, I have yet to recieve a reply from the neopets team, but my 2 most treasured pets were in that account. A newly morphed faerie shoyru and a baby acara painted a year ago. I had all the lab ray pieces and was zapping a pet daily. I had been hacked in the past and lost EVERYTHING. First it got my daughters account frozen, she starts a new one and my son, the kids friends and my husband and I had accounts. one by one we get frozen, mine was the biggest loose as I had the maximume neopoints, complete labmap, 50 rooms full with cool items, a deposit box with almost 5000 items with codestones, paintbrushes en lots lots more, my gallery with my lovely petpet and pets and paintbrushes and the worst has to come. My neocash items are Gone aswell and I bought for my daughter neocash items for her party for her birthday... the cards, a rainbowplayhouse/castle and the whole complete set of petpet and items for REAL. We safed almost a year to buy al those pressies and it is hard to find them anyway in Ausstralia. Now I am very sad and my daughter is crying and is upset as I gave her a new account with half of my neopoints and heaps of rare items a week ago... you guessed it F R O Z E N because several accounts!!! Duhhh as they freeze them al the time we get back but this is the last time I will bring back my stuff and want at least my money back I stop putting my time and energie in this they has gone To Far!
