http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/returnfiji2elections/ Fiji a once democratic country in the Pacific is forcefully under a Military Dictatorship whereby the following has happened: - Severe violations of Human Rights, - The current attempt to destruct the Indigenous Fijian traditional and cultural institutions and structures, - The stifling and oppression of the voices of young people, - The positioning of 'power-hungry' individuals in key institutions which has shown no evidence of improvement throughout the private and public sector in response to economical and social issues, - The utter violation and destruction of a once respected institution- the Fiji Military Forces, by a handful of men who are fighting to keep themselves out of prison at the cost of others, - The inevitable deteriorating and collapsing economy which has seen the weakening of the FIji dollar and led to the escape of potential investors and developers- leaving unfinished development in their wake, - The censorship of the media and the list goes on and on... This petition is your pledge of support to the key supportive Governments of the Pacific including Australia and NZ-that you disagree with the Military junta.
