		<title>Responding to Reviews on fanfiction.net</title>
		<link>http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/reviewresponses/</link>
<description>There&amp;#39;s been an e-mail circulating around the writers of fanfiction.net about the new &amp;quot;no responding to reviews&amp;quot; rule. Chances are that you already know what this is about but if you&amp;#39;re not 100% sure, here&amp;#39;s part of the e-mail.

Dear Writers and Readers on Fanfiction.net:
I&amp;#39;m writing to inform you about a new rule the
Webmaster of ff.net has imposed: they&amp;#39;ve forbidden us to answer the reviews.

Yep, you&amp;#39;re reading correctly. At first, it was believed that this was
just a rumor, but some days ago a writer friend was punished because she
answered her reviews in the chapters of the fic. Many people think this is
very unfair because that&amp;#39;s the only way we have to communicate with our
readers. It&amp;#39;s the only way they can know we read their reviews; we read new
opinions and make friends.

We don&amp;#39;t like this new rule, and we&amp;#39;re writing to ask your help. It&amp;#39;s very
easy. We&amp;#39;re making a list of people who are against this new prohibition.

As you may have guessed, I&amp;#39;m an author who enjoys responding to reviews. I think this new rule is unfair and I like to see it done away with.

This is the first petition I&amp;#39;ve made but I&amp;#39;d like those who sign it to sign their ff.net pennames and corresponding e-mail addresses in the post. This means that you must be an author at ff.net to sign the petition.</description>
