http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/riverdellfrench/ It has come to my attention that two of River Dell's French language teachers, Ms. Alswang and Mr. Wall, are not having their contracts renewed for the 2007-2008 schoolyear. Ms. Alswang and Mr. Wall are both great teachers and they deserve to stay at River Dell. Mr. Wall said that he is very upset to be leaving River Dell. He has to sell his car to support his mother, who has Alzheimer's. He will need to ride his motorcycle, because he won't have a car. Mr. Wall is a great teacher and I learned a lot from him. He's a great guy and it'd be awful to see him leave River Dell. Ms. Alswang is a great lady. She teaches very well, and is really funny. She relates to her students really well. It'd be a shame to see her leave River Dell, as well. She has to care for herself, and supports her son, and her much-loved dog, who we hear much about, named Sushi. We need to work hard so that these teachers can have their contracts renewed. They both love River Dell and I know many people will be very upset to see them leave, which they won't be if we can get a lot of signatures on this petition. Send this to all your friends, whether they had these teachers or not, or go/went to River Dell. It doesn't matter who signs it, just that people sign it. Please help Mr. Wall and Ms. Alswang stay at River Dell!
