Due to art theives and neopets&#39; new rule for HTML, Neffy closed Kera&#39;s page. She asked that if someone started a petition and gets anough signatures, she will re-open it- along with adoptables. Signing this petiotion means that you will- 1)Agree to have her page open, 2) Do not steal her art, and 3) enjoy the site.
