It is the home of the Dubai Men's Golf Open, the Dubai Squash League, and many other well known sporting events. There is an amazing well established gym club, a fantastic summer camp - I could go on and on forever. In December of last year the Club was issued with notice to vacate the land - land that had been gifted to the expatriate community to be used as a non profit making expatriate club. At that time the Management were negotiating a compensation deal which involved The Country Club been given new land and the club being rebuilt like for like. That has now been cancelled and threats of bringing the bulldozers in - within two weeks are being made!!!! Please sign this petition and save our Country Club.
