There are too many people out there who test unsealed cosmetics then put them back on the shelves. Do you really want to buy a used eye liner and end up with pink eye or something worse from the person(s) who used it in the store then put it back on the shelf? I sure don't! And it's annoying to go to the store for a specific product only to find the last one left has been messed with by some rude person! Once there are enough names on this petition, I will be sending it to various cosmetics companies (Maybelline, Rimmel, CoverGirl, Almay ect.) to let them know consumers are NOT happy with the lack of safety seals on their products!
