PayPal in Serbia - a civil right http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/serbiapaypal/ <p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif">PayPal, an eBay company is used as Payment system for many Auctions, mostly for eBay. Citizens from Serbia are not able to use PayPal services. So, we think that PayPal should start accepting registrations from our country, at least for sending and receiving money, because we are disclosed for no exact reason. Many of the Serbian citizens have relatives and friends abroad who would like to help them get better education by buying books at the online stores, or enrolling for an educational, or any other service.</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif">PayPal - eBay kompanija koji se koristi za kupovinu na mnogim Aukcijama, narocito na eBay-u.
