<title>A Petition to Stop Neighborhood Disruption by Radi...</title>
		<link>http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/shushradioperfecto/</link>
<description>Customers at Radio Perfecto, a restaurant and bar located on Amsterdam Avenue between 118th and 119 Streets, regularly create a noise nuisance on Saturday nights. Especially betweeen the hours of 3 am and 5 am on Sunday mornings, there is raucous yelling and arguing on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant, frequently spilling into the street. Police have often been called to the scene, and on at least one occasion (March 17) an ambulance was required. While adjacent to Columbia University, this is a residential neighborhood, and the noise routinely awakens people living in apartments on nearby sidestreets, creating an unacceptable infringement.

We call upon the owners and operators of Radio Perfecto, Arthur Tullman and Scott Alan Sandler, to put into place adequate controls to prevent this persistant nuisance.

We call upon Radio Perfecto&amp;#39;s landlord, Columbia University, to meet its responsibilities to the neighborhood by exercising its prerogatives as landlord to prevent this persistant nuisance.

We call upon Manhattan Community Board #9 to act on behalf of the neighborhood and intervene to prevent this persistant nuisance.</description>
