But they found out that FORTY minutes were missing, and the DVD had few extra features. We think that there really needs to be a special edition DVD where all of the scenes cut from the previous DVD release are restored, as well as have some great features. These include commentaries, featurettes, documentaries, still galleries and more. Titanic on a DVD format yet. I have been studying the Titanic since I was 9 years old and although S.O.S. Titanic contains historical Innacuracies when compared to James Cameron\'s version, S.O.S. Titanic does not contain Jack and Rose. It follows more closely the lives of the people who were actually on the Titanic. And it also follows the crew in more depth. That being considered, why is this masterpiece of a movie not available on DVD? I strongly urge you to preserve this classic on DVD format before it\'s VHS counterparts become to degraded to be of any good transferable use!
