I agree safer roads are better but that would be acheived by catching drink drivers, people using there mobiles, applying make up and tailgating not attacking the innocent motorist. These things succed in nothing except pissing us all off. Ban the lot of them. Also, why does it take 3 cops to man a mobile camera talk bout wasting resources wouldn't that be better spent catching rapists or muderers?
