http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/sportsfan/ We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to overturn the City of Lilburn's Ordinace found in Chapter 6 Article 3 Section 6-59 of the city's code. It states, "Eating establishment means any public place selling prepared food for consumption by the public on the premises...(and)deriving a ratio of annual prepared food revenue to alcoholic beverage sales in accordance with section 6-63(m) of this chapter, and further, that theeating establishment may provide only passive leisure time activity for patrons and guests like television for viewing, ambient music for listening, or similar such activity." We fine this ordinance to be intrusive, absurd, and encourage immediate eradication.
