Citizen Censure of Senator Kerry, Democrat Party, ...

The Political Monitor, and Patriots For Al Gore, have come together with other American citizens in common cause to denounce the blatant disenfranchisement of the American people through the theft of their votes through various and sundry means, and the abject failure of Senator John F. Kerry, the DLC, and Representatives in Congress in protecting our votes, our rights, and our Democratic Republic.

We also hold Senator John F. Kerry accountable and responsible for his failure, even refusal, to honor his promise of fighting for every vote, while he continues to make disengenuous statements and grandiose empty promises that amount to little more than political grandstanding. He has failed the American people on a monumental scale by his decision to concede in less than twenty four hours in the face of mounting evidence of vote fraud and in spite of his promises to the contrary. His actions hint at possible collusion, especially in light of his previous, ongoing, and secretive connections with the incumbent USSC appointed pResident, which he to date still refuses to detail and which we the undersigned will not forget.

In symbolic protest of this failure, we the undersigned have herewith cancelled our subscriptions to any Kerry/DLC/Democrat publications, whether that publication be online or by mail, thereby removing our names from any base of support that might be construed from our subscription to those publications. We further declare that we shall not contribute monies in any amount to any Kerry campaign in the future in protest of his refusal to take a moral and just stand on our behalf, and we will also withhold our financial support across the board to Congressional Democrats until such time as our legitimate and just grievances have been heard, our votes protected at all cost, and unless said Democratic candidate has proven by their actions that they truly represent the citizen membership of the Democratic Party and will fight for our rights whatever the cost.

We the undersigned agree that the greatest avenue for our voice as citizens of a Democratic Republic is through our vote, and if even one vote is defrauded, we are all defrauded as a result. Therefore, we demand that the critical issue of the safety and sanctity of our votes be taken seriously by Congress, with every measure necessary to protect our votes to be taken by Congress in order to ensure that the voice of the American people is never again hijacked by unscrupulous people with no love of liberty or democracy. We will no longer accept halfway measures.

Party unity does not include allowing ourselves to be duped, ignored, and/or betrayed by party representatives who no longer represent the members of that party, or who no longer stand up for the rights of those they claim to represent, all while demanding that the membership continue to support them. Party unity also does not preclude nor supercede our primary and most basic rights as American citizens to free speech and redress of grievances. If the Democratic Party truly desires our support and endorsement, and our financial contributions, then our voices must be heard and our votes protected, with every Democratic leader willing to stand up and fight for our rights.

We demand no less than what is our natural right as citizens under the Constitution of the United States of America, the country we love, and we will fight for that right against all those who deem to take it away from us.

Herewith, is our petition of grievances as Democrats who believe in the will of the people,
and as Americans who believe in justice for all.

When Howard Dean lost the primary, I started to lose hope. I only hope that the Democratic Party will accept his influence and guidance in the future and actually become something other than the current wretched status quo.

I gladly sign this petition not because I put all my hope in Kerry, but because I am deeply ashamed to call myself a "democrat" in a time when our "democratic" leaders have conveniently forgotten how to act upon the democratic principles they "say" ground their politics. I say, "stop selling us out," or rather by signing I refuse to any longer be bought and then sold by a party whose lack of integrity and dignity must be held accountable for the atrocities of the day: rather, shame on you.

I hoped...and was disappointed. More false promises, more influence by the multi-national corporations trying to gain control of the peoples of the world. I vow to never settle my hopes on the Democratic Party, which is anything but democratic. I will go back to the Greens in hope of shattering the two-party monopoly!

I'm furious at being so misled and duped by the Democratic Wing of the Corporatist Party. Kerry & Bush: Comrades at Yale, "Skull & Bones" and now Johnny Boy speaks for the US in the Middle East? Is this a perk for conceding as planned? Disgusting! Give back your unused campaign funds to the citizens who TRUSTED you to represent them!!Out of Iraq; sanctions against rogue Israel.

People talk about not "wasting" your vote. It's never a waste to vote for what you beleive in, and always a waste to vote for what you don't. I no longer beleive in the Democratic party. For me, this petition also applies to Senators Paul Sarbanes and Barb Mikulski, who voted in favor of this voter fraud, and to Representative Steny Hoyer, who was a cowardly no-show. I will not waste my time, money, or vote on you again.

Sen. Kerry let down his supporters through his early concession and subsequent inaction regarding voting irregularities in Ohio, New Mexico, Florida and other states. He is not worthy of our time. Gore in 2008!

I would appreciate it very much of Senator Kerry would return all of the money my wife sent him for his campaign. He did not keep his promise to make certain that every voter had the right to vote and have his or her vote counted and I call that fraud.
