You were not allowed the opportunity to see William Insuasti the human being, he was only a name on a legal document. Unfortunately, you weren't able to hear from other individuals on William's behalf. The William we know is a caring and dedicated father, son, brother, uncle, friend, coach and citizen. We have all witnessed him being nothing but a loving and giving father, which is how we wish most men were like. The William we know was the head of his household and worked full-time to provide for his family. He also liked giving back to the community and dedicated 7 years of his life, coaching baseball to many young children in the city of Pico Rivera where he grew up. He also took a side job as head umpire just to earn some additional funds to care for his family. William always felt it was important for his children to be involved in extra curricular activities, such as baseball, swimming and vacation bible school. The William we know was a college student who attended Mt. Sac Community College and who had recently been accepted to Cal State University of Los Angeles. William was working towards his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and hoped to become a Crime Scene Investigator. Under these terrible circumstances, William Insuasti's son "Lil William" will grow up without his father, but please take into consideration that he has other children and family who depend on him and love him. He has a good soul and has much to offer the world and that cannot be accomplished while imprisoned. We are asking that you be merciful and consider all of the above information when deciding his sentence. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I know William to be a very good and loving caring father. I see him with his family every Sunday at the baseball games and he is so good to his kids. I have 3 kids on my own that I would trust William with any day. He is very involved in the community coaching little league I saw first hand how he cared and gave encouragement to kids and his own to coach them to a championship. That is just one the many things he has accomplished.
