Windows 7 FREE for all Windows Vista customers

I would tend to argue that Microsoft owes Windows 7 to all its customers who have already purchased Windows Vista and have had to put up with all its flaws and hidden costs for so long! The most annoying problems I encountered had to do with my very unstable wireless connection and peripheral drivers which were not updated to support Windows Vista, rendering the peripherals totally useless! Out of the windows went my flatbed scanner and inkjet printer! As if that wasn't enough, I also ended up having to replace my sound card, because of noise crackling I would experience with the so-to-speak Vista compatible driver! And should I mention the User Account Control denying me the right to create a mere folder while I'm logged in as the administrator (i.e. the only account on my computer!)?

Does any of this sound familiar? Well, then please feel encouraged to join me in signing this online petition so that every customer who purchased a copy of Windows Vista may be entitled to a FREE upgrade to Windows 7 when released, because Windows Vista is, in essence, nothing other than Windows 7 Beta.

I have Vista too, and unfortunately don\'t qualify for the free upgrade option for the limited few who bought their Vista-defiled computer after June 26, 2009. I wholeheartedly support this petition.

I support this petition. Vista Ultimate may have been somewhat more stable than the other versions, but that went out the window (no pun intended) with the first patch.

I support this petition!

Why should those that have suffered the most and
longest have to pay to get off of this dreadful
Windows Vista, but people that buy now get a free
upgrade?

I didn\'t want to buy Vista Home Premium on my new
PC, but I had *no* choice -- XP was not offered or
even allowed!

There are both stability issues, and basic
functionality issues, things that worked fine in
XP, and inexplicably do not on Vista.

I spend hours each week trying to get Vista to do
what XP has always been able to do!

The Microsoft Vista long sufferers have no choice
but to continue their suffering, well knowing that
they are now getting sub-standard Vista support
from Microsoft. Even Microsoft has given up on
Vista.

If you choose not to upgrade to Windows 7, you
will get virtually no support from Microsoft once
Vista comes out.

So now we then must *pay* for the privilege to
reinstall and Windows 7 with all of the work that
this entails.

All of those who purchased Microsoft Vista should
get a *free*, or nearly free upgrade to Microsoft
Windows 7.

They owe it to us for what they have put us
through with Vista.

I support this petition. Someone please start a class-action lawsuit if MS doesn\'t deal fairly in this ordeal. I will not purchase another MS product unless they deal fairly with my Vista purchase and if they prove to be dishonest, I will definitely become an Apple fanboy but lets see how they handle this. Let\'s give them a chance.

I support this petition only if Windows 7 supports my peripherial hardware (printer, scanner). Got it? Vista has been a BIG disappointment. I have been a Windows supporter from Windows 286 to present day. ... Vista is one of the worst! I am sick and tired of rebuying a product over a period of 30+ years!

Linux with VMWare is looking pretty good lately.

I support this petition because the OS copy of Vista was supposed to be the best OS that no hackers could not hack, but it has many flaws especially the Office Pro 2007 had so many open ports that I was getting constant patches about every other times and all of the patches were for Office plus updates for Vista that a couple of them were stated crushual
