I was waiting for over an hour last night and couldn't get into the game. What kills me is that I am on a server that Blizz assigned to me. You would think that if they assigned you the server, then as a new subscriber, that server would be able to accomodate the volume for a reasonable period of time. Not so. I imagaine that if Blizzard actually sees this petition, they will spew a lot of technical mumbo-jumbo about how they can't do anything about it. I have a hard time believing that there is nothing that can be done to support your existing customer base. Oh well. I decided to see what others thought when I just got hit with queue problems myself. I waited 20mins to get on. Then forget to plug my laptop power cord in and once returning from hibernation I'm greeted with another 30 min queue.
