Ever. 17 year old excellents are a myth created by other people to get the people who don't know better really mad. That is why the youth squad system should be restructured so that you're allowed to pull whatever player you want. If you want a 17 year old excellent playmaker with secondaries, you get him. If you want a 22 year old disastrous keeper, you can have him. It's only fair that way, because the only way to make Hattrick fair is to take out any and all random aspects of the game. Everything should be predictable and easy. Predeasyible, I call it. I want to know exactly who I'm pulling and I want him to be able to start on most D. III squads immediately. Then I want to sell him for 8 million dollars. Then we're gonna win win win and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.
